Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre launches region’s first fully digital buy and sell journey, enabling property deals to be fully completed online
The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) launched the region’s first government-backed digital buy and sell journey, enabling buyers and sellers to complete end-to-end property transactions entirely online.
The initiative marks a major milestone in Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation, combining efficiency, security, and convenience in one integrated platform.
Buyers and sellers — whether in the emirate or abroad — can now complete the entire process remotely, without the need for physical paperwork or in-person visits.
Buying property in Abu Dhabi
Through the platform, users can release and register mortgages, complete ADREC Trustee verification, digitally sign contracts, and settle escrow accounts, all within a single, compliant online system.
ADREC integrated the service with the TAMM platform and powered it through UAE Pass to ensure secure digital signatures and authentication from anywhere in the world.
The Digital Buy & Sell Journey combines video-enabled ADREC Trustee participation, tamper-proof digital signatures via UAE Pass, and escrow accounts managed directly by ADREC, ensuring full legal enforceability, financial security, and regulatory oversight.
These features make Abu Dhabi the first jurisdiction in the region to offer a complete, secure, and borderless digital property transaction experience.
